It's a big hole in the ground. Sad.
No word yet what's moving in. Possibly a copyright infringing Copy shop?

When I worked there the university was always trying to buy out the owner. They wanted to buy out all the connected buildings starting at Dup-It then rounding the corner on Daniel Street - Expresso Royale, CO's, and Kam's.
They had a long-term goal of leveling that block and constructing some new university building on that block. Maybe it is the start?
